The manufacturer says to separate a strip, fold it like an accordion and place it on its edge on a heat-resistant surface. Light it and extinguish the flame so it burns slowly. Use one strip at a time, no more than three to four times a week; keep it attended and out of reach of children, avoid directly inhaling the smoke and ventilate the room afterwards.
