One tablet per brushing: chew to form a paste and brush as usual. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. The packaging does not recommend it for children under 12. The manufacturer’s current product sheet states not to swallow or use if allergic to its ingredients, and does not recommend it during pregnancy; this last instruction differs from the photographed packaging and requires confirmation against current labelling.
